Josie is an experienced operations leader with over 15 years’ experience across the charity, health, housing and education sectors. She has led teams through organisational change, strengthened governance and safeguarding systems, and delivered high‑quality outreach work with seldom‑heard communities. Josie also has extensive experience in volunteer development and management, creating supportive environments where volunteers feel valued and able to make a meaningful contribution.
She lives in the Peak District and enjoys mountain biking and long walks with her partner, son, and their springer spaniel, Greg.
