Nuffield Health has a free Joint Pain programme which aims to help you relieve pain and lead a more independent life.
There are many Nuffield Health Centres around the country, and the programme runs for 2 sessions a week for 12 weeks.

Use relaxation techniques to help you deal with pain
Make sure you’re getting enough good quality sleep.
