We have had lots of recent activity in the Kent area as well as a few exciting events coming up. There have been lots of group meetings, both new and old, and also both in person meetings and online meetings. In Kent, we currently have Dartford, Maidstone, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells (STTW) and Whitstable groups running, as well as a monthly Zoom online group. Both Dartford and STTW groups only recently started and are already well established. They have had speakers from the Lions, shown webinars and had informal coffee and chats. Whitstable has also run seated exercises classes and had an NHS physio come and speak to the group.
