We run a Telephone Helpline, where our volunteers who have experience of PMR or GCA can talk with you and offer support.
You can call the Helpline on Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Get in touch with a support group near you
Our network of support groups is growing all the time. Find the group nearest to you and get information about when and where they meet. We also have groups that meet online via Zoom for those who don’t have a support group close to them or find it easier to meet this way.
